📦 Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Parissparsh Publication, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Below are our return, refund, and exchange policies.

🔄 Return Policy

◉ Only defective/damaged books or products will be accepted for returns/refunds.
◉ Customers must raise an alert within 2 working days from delivery to be eligible.
◉ Items must be returned within 10 working days of delivery.
◉ Returned products will be examined by our team; if verified, we will reship/replace the product.
◉ If stock is unavailable, a refund request will be initiated and notified via registered email.
◉ If returned products are not defective/damaged, they will be reshipped back to the customer.
◉ Customers must bear the shipping charges for replaced/reshipped items.

💳 Refund & Exchange Policy

◉ Refunds are issued only for products that cannot be replaced under our return policy.
◉ If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with wrong details due to error, Parissparsh may cancel the order and refund the paid amount.
◉ For online payments (Credit Card/Net Banking), refunds are made directly to the customer’s account.
◉ Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from the request approval.
